Laurent Cordaillat founded Privilege+ in 2013 off the strong belief that in a world filled with technology, the human mindset makes all the difference.

While life coaching, Laurent observed that many people respond negatively to situations, and it was damaging their lives. Yet when they were provided with the right tools, resources, and interventions, their mindsets shifted, and they started responding positively. This had a very powerful impact on their personal lives, and in their work.

This led Laurent to found Privilege+ with the mission to do just that - bring tangible, positive, and long-lasting results to individuals within businesses. Laurent and
